HELLO AND WELCOME

Ever since I remember I was very creative. I always spent my time doing crafty projects from glue guns to cutting paper, to cross stitch. I started making invitations for family members and everyone started liking them. I had my natural born talent there, which I had not discovered yet. By then I did not have any kids yet and was working at a health company in the marketing department. In my position I used to schedule events and offered to do the event invitations …. And guess what? This is how I truly started and my interest was developed.
Later on as I was still working on my regular 9 to 5 job for the health company, I dreamed of actually doing what I loved full time, but was too scared to leave a paid job with benefits. I then had my first son and went back to work. When I went back to work I took a chance and opened up a store on Ebay online. Since one of my specialties is the fact of doing invitations using your own photos, I received a lot of clients for photo invitations.
Little by little I started building more clientele, so then when I got pregnant with my second baby I wanted to stay home doing what I liked and believed in. God always gives us the desires of our heart and even though we do not make the decisions by ourselves, he pushes us into our dreams. Guess what? I was laid off from my regular job, which I had been there for thirteen years. I then purchased a professional press, a cutter and a folding machine and started working from my living room while having the baby next to me. Long story short after that I had my last child and with two small kids at home it was impossible to work full time, but that is how A Creative Card started.

TODAY
After the kids are already older I took the chance and opened up a local studio in Miami, Florida, with a showroom, work area and printing area. I still have kept my clients on the internet but at the same time have grown in South Florida, where I am currently working with local venues for their clients invitations and any kind of printing material for the event. The invitations are beautiful, stylish and at the same time very affordable. All of the designs are created using your own ideas and my ideas put together with your choice of papers and colors. Matching personalized products and accessories such as flutes, napkins, guest books, and more are also offered. I also offer invitations from album collections such as Carlson Craft.
